Terms and conditions of hire
All adults (over 18 years of age) need to read and sign our WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY FORM prior to kayak hire or participating in one of our activities. Adults must also complete and sign the form on behalf of the children kayaking in their care. Link here to PDF

Cancellation or change of booking
1. Adverse weather (full refund less 2.6% admin fee) or re-book another day/time to be mutually agreed.
2. Change of booking day or time if advised at least 6 hours in advance - then full credit on the hire for another day/time to be mutually agreed.
3. NO SHOW or cancellation less than 6 hours in advance - No refund.
4. All booking day or time changes must be made between normal business hours 9am - 5pm Mon - Sun via phone call to us. Emailed requests for changes cannot be guaranteed as emails are not monitored 24 hrs a day. |

Kayak paddling is restricted to the Myall River area no further north than Tamboy and no further south than the river mouth at Corrie Island – Ask our staff if you do not know where this is. EzyKayaks is not responsible for paddelers who disregard the restricted area and they will not be covered by insurance in the event of PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR WRONGFUL DEATH CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR ANY OTHER CAUSE as a result of paddling outside the stated area.
Kayaks will not be rented to any person under the influence of any drugs or alcohol of any kind.
Ezy Kayaks require a minimum of 4 people to launch a tour or children's activity.
Ezy Kayaks reserves all rights to cancel or reschedule the activity if numbers do not meet the minimum requirements.
Ezy Kayaks reserves all rights to cancel or reschedule the activity in the event of adverse weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances.
If it is raining on the day of your activity we will not necessarily cancel the activity please call ahead for confirmation). |
